Maya Caskie is a composer, arranger and singer-songwriter by night, and a ballet class pianist by day.

 

Since graduating from The Guildhall School of Music & Drama, she has become deeply involved in the world of dance - in 2024, she composed & orchestrated an original double-act ballet score for the Japanese ballet company Studio Bontemps’ original production of “Peter Pan". She has since composed for SA Dance London, Candlelight Concerts' Ballet Gala and Thomas's London Day Schools, composing to support the development of young dancers.

Additionally, in 2020 Maya was sponsored by Arts' Council England to publish a book of piano pieces designed to develop children's piano learning, “Maya’s Mountain” 「まやの山」.
